  6.    VGApal v1.0 is being re-released...
  7.    ...to include a new .TPU for Turbo Pascal with Objects 7.0!

  9.       We were originally going to wait until version 2.0 of VGApal
  10.    was released to support the new compiler, but after several
  11.    inquiries, and a bit of begging and pleading, we just couldn't
  12.    put it off another minute! So, without further ado, we present
  13.    VGApal v1.0 for Turbo Pascal with Objects 7.0! Enjoy...

  16.       After long, careful deliberation, (over a cup of coffee), we've
  17.    decided to extend our support policy from ninety days to one full
  18.    year! Sometimes two or three months go by before a programmer
  19.    needs to use a toolkit again, and its ALWAYS on the ninety-first
  20.    day that they have a question.
  21.       This extension is granted ONLY to all new licensees, and all
  22.     licensees that received their license after December 31, 1992.
